Formatting a word document

Design details: I have a newsletter (attached). as the newsletter is in PDF I need to convert it to a word document which my team can easily update the content and therefore create subsequent newsletters. text boxes should be arranged correctly so we can click on it and edit pictures should be arranged so we can click and update new files Content on the front/back side and body: see attachment Ideas for the visual style: see attachment Extra notes: I have seen some people send sample word documents which have just been run through a pdf to word program online. This does not allow for easy text editing and therefore the accepted offer should demonstrate an understanding of this problem and also propose the solution.
