CAD- Convert 3D Scan mesh data to IGS Surface file.

Information for the business: CAD Design office Industry: Technology Design details: I require somebody with excellent 3D CAD skills with a lot of experience converting 3D Scan Data to an accurate usable surface file, IGS or STP preferred. The scan is a section of a boat approximately 1x1m. Please see photo attached. There is a winch in the photo which will require re modelling from a dwg drawing and positioning accurately in the same location. I can supply you with an STL mesh file.
