Animator / motion designer for short business biographies

Industry: Business Design details: We are creating a number of short business biographies, 2-3 minutes long, we aim to make 50-100 of these videos in total, each one about a different high-profile entrepreneur. We are creating the script and narration for each video and we want you to create the animation to run alongside it. The videos will be used for educational purposes and will be available online for free, they will demonstrate specifics on how to learn from others and that everyone benefits from a mentor/company to learn from before they start out in business. This is an ongoing role, we aim to make many of these videos, initially I understand that these first few videos will be time-consuming so we can pay more to begin with, once you have our template /routine in place I believe you will be able to speed the process up and bring costs/time down. I would like to pay a set fee per video completed, perhaps with an additional bonus for particularly good videos. Ideas for the visual style: Cartoon Extra notes:
