Website design and defining website specifications

Based on the feedback I got, the scope has been changed to be as follows: Looking for an experienced website designer to: 1. draw me the wireframes of the site pages 2. define the website pages development specifications (backend and frontend) 3. Design the website. All other phases would be put as another phase of another job based on the outcome of this job. Please access the job again, I have uploaded the document that mentions all the specification as discussed, and also I have uploaded sample pages for the website. including the main pages. Based on discussions, and the document I have shared, please respond back with your estimated price and duration to complete the job (wireframes, specification, and mockups (design)). However, please consider the following: 1. if you win the job, you are required to sign an NDA based on the website requirements in addition to another NDA I have prepared. 2. the Price should be fixed price 3. You are requested to provide ideas for the design and specifications of the project to be able to finalise the job meeting my expectation, by addressing them based on your knowledge of such website pages, development specifications and design requirements.
