Can you do responsive web design ?

Hi, An existing PHPBB forum has been in existence for 7 years, and has got a little out of hand with some customizations over the years and as a result, is not looking as good as it should be. I am prepared to pay up to £120 for a redesign of the forums, to make them have no tables and to make them 100% responsive and looking good in all browsers and on all devices. I have been working with coders for about 16 years and manage about 40 websites, so if this works out good, there will be plenty of future work. Please only come into this if you feel you can genuinely do this and post 2 examples of websites that you have personally coded to make a website mobile/tablet responsive, with your best quote and whether you can start immediately.
