Create a contest/challenge page and allow users to enter challenges

General information for the website: we are an art feature community Kind of development: Customization of existing website Description of requirements/features: Me Hi. I need some work done on my website. I need you to create a page on my website specifically for me to run contests/challenges and allow users to upload images to these challenges. I need the page/s users to be able to 1) Upload their entries to the challenges 2) Leave comments on challenges 3) Let users leave comments and add likes on participants entries 4) Users can only enter if they have signed up to the website.
