Speaking japanese? I need some help please

Hi there! :) I got a video in english, which I'm about to translate into Japanese. I already got the japanese voice over done, and I tried to sync it with the original video. The thing is, I'm not sure if it is synced right. (As I unfortunately don't speak Japanese myself.. Haha) Here underneath, I linked to my Japanese video on youtube. In there, the original english verison is also shown. I'm seeking help from a person who speaks japanese now. I would really appriciate it, if you would have a quick look at it and tell me, if something needs to be changed. (Timing etc.). If it needs any changes, I will need further help, and of course I'm ready to pay for that.
