Telesales Agent

We are recruiting for an experienced Outbound Telesales Agent. The successful freelancer will have experience of business to business telesales, the ability to maintain an excellent standard of customer service and achieve results. You will be a key person to our sales operations. Responsibilities: Cold calling to businesses in the region, dealing with business owners & gatekeepers Follow up prospects with emails and calls Support our Field Sales Team by following up leads and making appointments Send out introductory information to new clients to generate new business Achieve a minimum of 25 meaningful conversations with potential customers per day. Skills: Excellent telephone manner Excellent customer service motto Excellent computer skills Excellent grammar, communication and IT skills Some knowledge of online marketing & advertising would be advantageous Essential: A positive attitude, friendly, & enthusiastic No fear of getting on the phone No fear of rejection, resilient & hard-working Sales & marketing experience in a strong selling environment British Accent We're a website design & marketing company based in Milton Keynes, keen to grow super fast, and need a strong telesales superstar to help us get there.
