General information for the business: We sell radio advertising Kind of development: Customization of existing program Description of every module: We use Salesforce and our first stage of development we want to achieve the following - Sequential reference number allocated when opportunity is set to ‘contract out’ - Pop up when set to ‘future opportunity’ to enter details into a calendar and set a reminder - Pop up when set to ‘closed lost’ to give details of any feedback - Pop up reminders with any tasks to be complete - Home screen showing key data for individuals (sales this month, historic sales over the last 6 months, number of pitches sent out this month (measured by the number of new ‘proposal out’ statuses), value of the proposals out this month, conversion rate over the last 120 days and average sale) - Duplicate rules in place to prevent there being several accounts in the same name This is the start of a bigger project, so ideally we would like the successful person to have advance Salesforce development skills Description of requirements/functionality: As described above.
