Industry: Food and Beverage Description of consulting work: Brief: We’re bringing together a range of nutritionists, food bloggers/ journalists and chefs to explore what goodness and permissibility means to them in the context of snacking and where they think the future of snacking lies in their market? What is the ‘future of goodness?’ Requirements: We’d like the expert to attend a 3 hour informal working session to debate the topic with other experts in their field In advance: • Be available for a 45min briefing call • Prepare some thoughts and opinions on around 5 topics/questions around snacking, treating and permissibility and pull these together an informal 10 min presentation. During the 3 hour session: • Give a 10 min presentation of their thoughts on the 5 questions from the pre-task • Take a part in a panel style discussion with the other experts/ people in the room (approx. 6 experts and 10 clients, this is informal) • Answer questions from the group • Share their thoughts and ideas on our initial hypotheses and ideas in the room Date, Location and Time: • 3 hr session on Tuesday 18th July starting at 18.30 – 21.30 • Location will be downtown Manhattan, likely Soho, New York Key candidate requirements: • Must be open, creative, confident and collaborative. i.e. happy to answer spontaneous questions, join in a group discussion and share their ideas with the group • They must not openly pitch their business to the group • Must agree to NDA and confidentiality to not share the ideas that they hear during the session • There is no commission or fees beyond their involvement in the session • Must be non-rejecters of Major multi-national manufacturers Extra notes: Brief: We’re bringing together a range of nutritionists, food bloggers/ journalists and chefs to explore what goodness and permissibility means to them in the context of snacking and where they think the future of snacking lies in their market?
