Order booking/CRM business software

I'm looking to create a custom piece of software for my business and I was hoping you might be able to quote for the job. We are a magazine publisher and currently, I'm using Excel to manage our bookings and Insightly as a CRM, which I'd like to bring into a single app. Here is a rough brief of what it will need to be able to do. 1. CRM - Main business details, along with multiple points of contact i.e. owner, purchaser, accounts payable etc. This all needs to be searchable. Account history, a breakdown of monthly and annual spend. Customer notes. Add/Remove new contacts and archive the business. 2. Order Booking System - Store a list of bookings from each client which can be generated into reports. Details required, in addition to the main business details, purchasing contact details, advert type, size of advert, copy requirements, rate, discount, vat, issue being booked. If we're booking a package deal, the rate would need to by divided by the number of insertions. 3. Reporting - We need to be able to look up each all orders booked into an issue. This need to bring back the customer name, booking details, copy requirements, contact person and what that rate is for a single issue. We also need financial reporting to see how we're doing for a particular month, quarter, year, etc. Ideally we'd also like to report on client spending increase, decrease but that isn't urgent. 4. We'd like to sync with Stripe to process card payments as the order is booked. We'd need to be able to take a nightly backup of the whole database, and if we could in anyway link to Xero.com to automatically create invoices each month from what has been published. We would be looking to maintain an on-going maintenance and update package as well. We'll need the interface to be clean, simple to use and ideally not to ugly.
