2D Motion Graphic Animation Title Opening for an Event

Has an event coming up early next month. Need a short 2D motion graphic animation for the Title Opening. There are two videos needed. Total duration is around 10-20 seconds long. Output is HD format. Video 1: Opening Title of 10-20 seconds long. Video 2: A "loop" video (This is a loop video of the Title Opening video, basically the visual will stay on the screen through out the night. Therefore we need very simple movement like particles, or shine across the logo and text and etc, play and loop it through out the night). The theme for the event is : Under The Sea This is a corporate event, hence no kiddish design, it needs to be something classy and creative. You can use stock footage or your previous design/work as part of the animation in order to reduce the time spent and help us save cost. We have the logo and text, we need your creative juice in creating this "Under The Sea" concept and animate on how the text and logo enter. To give the crowd a WOW factor. Those who are interested please contact me with your showreel, I can also give you a sample animation during last year event to get some idea. Whoever gives the best idea shall get the job, and this will be our first project with many more coming up this year and following years. Hope to sort this out within one week. Thank you.
