I need to create a website with a comparison element to it, & possibly logo design

I have an idea to build and develop a new comparison website. If this is something you can potentially do, I would be grateful if you could supply me with an email address along with name and address so I can send you a proper Non-Disclosure Agreement. Could you give me a ball-park starting price for a project like this? It may involve a logo design too. Although many elements will be different and it will be a completely different concept, part of the site will involve an element not dissimilar to www.metacritic.com I look forward to hearing from you.
