Part Time Legal Director to assist in developing claims management business

General information for the business: HR consultancy looking to expand into Employment Law Claims Industry: Legal Legal topic: Employment Description of legal work: We are looking for a qualified and experienced law professional to assist with our companies application to the Ministry of Justice in relation to expanding into Employment Law claims management and further to be involved with the company on going on a retained availability basis to advise the business and clients on subsequent work. Both Employers and Employees could be the focus for our business and a fluent experience in this area is required. Oversight of the personnel recruited upon the granting of the licence including contributions into training and assessment will also be required.
