I need a freelancer who will look for clients for our digital marketing company

I am an outreach sales expert of a digital marketing agency and I need some help with finding potential clients. With each client you give you'll get $25 (payment will be released after we finish/mid finish the project of the client). If you can only provide me 2-3 clients it's either $50-$75. But If you can give me 5 clients per month (sure project) you'll get $150 ($25 bonus). The number of clients brought in will be evaluated to make sure they really want to purchase our services. I need someone who can give me clients who needs our services (Web Design / Development, SEO, SMM, Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, & PPC). For each SURE client you can give me (Will avail our services), $25/client. It's a hard task, it's hard to find sure clients, I've tried looking on UpWork, Freelancer & other sites and I have not achieved anything YET. That's why I'm looking for help. If you can give me 5-6 clients per month, I will give bonus. This freelancing position could be extended to a regular position depending on the performance of the freelancer. I can raise the price for $30-$35 for each client when you work with me for more than 2 months. Also if you find clients that needs SEO, SMM or our other services that has a monthly payment, you will also receive money monthly until they unsubscribe or happy with the result. *********NOTE: I only receive my payment when I give them a client so basically the payment for this job would be after I receive mine.
